At Tactical Baby Gear, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or opt for a QR code for easy drop-off at participating carrier locations.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all components and accessories are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
